The first step in the process is to create an account in our system after you click the apply button. After that step is complete, it is a very quick and easy process. After you apply, you will receive a confirmation email. The recruiter in charge of the position will review your profile, previous experience and any relevant information to the position. If you are a good fit, the recruiter will contact you to begin the recruiting process. If you are not selected, don’t give up! You can join our talent community and/or keep applying for relevant opportunities.

To begin, review the essential criteria for the role outlined on the job description. Research the company, team, and interview panel. Be ready to speak to your skills and experiences as they pertain to the role. And come prepared with questions you may have about the opportunity.

For US based employees, you will need to provide information that will verify employment and education experience. A drug test is also required. Instructions will be sent via email after you have accepted your offer. The background check process can take approximately 10 days.

Yes! We offer both depending on the region.

We have early career positions which focus on two areas: 12 week summer internships and full time rotational development programs both of which focus on hiring in the areas of Technology, Finance, Data & Analytics and Security.

We also have entry level positions for those looking to build up their experience and skills. These positions require less than a few years of experience but may vary depending on the role. Equifax offers tools and resources such as our GROW employee network, mentoring programs, and our global learning platform, Equifax CLIMB, to help set our employees up for success and grow in their career.

Through Equifax GIVES, our global philanthropic platform, Equifax employees are able to support organizations and campaigns across the globe. Annually, full-time employees are granted two paid days for volunteer time to help others in need. Employees are also encouraged to donate to charities via Equifax GIVES that align with their passions. With the Matching Gift Program, Equifax will match individual donations of up to $10,000 annually.
