In the ever-evolving world of technology, where change is the only constant, leaders like Sudhir shine. As the AN/Z Alliance Leader for Equifax's Product Engineering Center (PEC) in India, Sudhir doesn’t just manage teams—he helps align individuals' career goals with the businesses. His secret? A deep understanding that when people grow, the business thrives.

Sudhir’s journey is rooted in an experience that many would find daunting: moving halfway across the world to the USA for a role as a technical consultant. This role allowed him to be at the frontline, directly engaging with clients, empathizing with their pain points, and solving their problems.

“This wasn’t just a job; it was an education in Customer Empathy,” Sudhir explained. “I learned that real success lies in understanding and addressing the needs of those you serve” —a lesson that has been his guiding star ever since.
