What you’ll do:
- Support the new global customer contract database and billing system for Equifax Workforce Solutions (EWS) within a fast-paced global team.
- Master customer interpretation and billing through comprehensive training.
- Execute daily billing operations, accurately inputting contract pricing into the global system.
- Collaborate with Billing Operations, Finance, Boarding Operations, Sales, and Pricing teams to resolve contract issues, address technology needs, and escalate orders.
What experience you need
- High School Diploma
- English Level (B2 or C1)
- 1 year Excel experience
What could set you apart:
- 1 year working in an Accounting environment.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Data Analysis: Familiarity with Tableau.
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and a strong attention to detail are great to have.
