Job Description
In this role yo will: Deliver outstanding service by addressing inquiries, resolving complex concerns, processing requests, validating data, and exceeding client expectations using modern EWS applications. Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless, omnichannel customer experience and proactive service delivery. Embrace a culture of continuous learning, readily adapting to new products, and act as a passionate advocate for both the consumer and our commitment to data security.
What you’ll do
- Manage regular and escalated client inquiries via inbound/outbound calls and digital channels, utilizing empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Maintain strict adherence to security processes and procedures when handling sensitive personal data.
- Record comprehensive problem-area data and synthesize Voice of the Customer (VoC) feedback for troubleshooting and tracking.
- Partner with creditors, borrowers, and landlords to conduct essential verifications and resolve inquiries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless, omnichannel customer experience and proactive service delivery.
- Represent the company professionally during all direct client interactions, including video calls, by strictly adhering to presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and professional "business casual" appearance, which includes avoiding graphic apparel, while engaging with clients.
- Ensure a tidy, secure, and distraction-free visible workspace during video sessions to safeguard the privacy of personal data and information managed during the call.
- Represent the company professionally during video interactions, maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to corporate presentation standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute insights for innovations and operational efficiencies.
- Consistently meet and exceed established individual performance metrics and service level targets. * Demonstrated willingness to adhere to strict corporate presentation standards during client interactions (e.g., maintaining business casual attire and a professional on-camera environment).
What experience you need
- Pending last year for the 12th grade of High School Diploma
- Proficient in English oral and written (B2+/C1 level).
