The Client Services Consultant role balances high-volume administrative tracking with critical financial oversight. You will be responsible for client inquiries and contract entry, while also serving as a central point for billing. You will manage the lifecycle of our client and vendor relationship. The ideal candidate is a "problem-solver" who can follow strict procedures for data entry while independently resolving complex billing and customer service hurdles.

What you will do in this role:

  • Monitoring & Reporting Real-Time Tracking: Monitor inquiry platforms to ensure all responses are posted within the required timeframes per established procedures. Maintain status logs for pending items and monitor project progress for inquiry posting. Consolidate project logs to help generate monthly and quarterly performance reports and executive updates.

  • Project & Contract Management: Lead the full contract lifecycle, including review, tracking, and high-accuracy entry into the Client Services Database for use in project reviews. Facilitate seamless contract workflows and management between Sales Agents, customers, and vendors. Ensure the timely execution of work orders and coordinate critical team meetings to keep projects on schedule.

  • Billing & Financial Operations: Oversee comprehensive billing for Sales Agents and end-users. This includes direct billing for Equifax customers. Manage Purchase Order (PO) requisitions for processing agent fees and navigate procurement systems to resolve accounts payable funds.

  • Fiscal Oversight: Proactively troubleshoot financial roadblocks to ensure total integrity across all project accounts.

  • Stakeholder Support & Relationship Management Central Point of Contact: Provide essential support to Sales, PSC and Fulfillment regarding pricing, reporting, and research.

  • Vendor Onboarding: Serve as the designated backup for vendor and end-user onboarding, ensuring a smooth, delay-free integration for new partners. Act as the primary escalation point for customer service issues, working cross-functionally to deliver timely solutions.

What experience you need to be eligible:

  • Bachelor’s University Degree.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field (e.g., sales support, project coordination, client services).

  • 1 year of experience of the Google / Microsoft Office suite programs (Excel, word).

  • English proficiency B2+.

  • Flexibility to work extended hours and be on-call as required by the business, particularly during critical periods such as project deadlines, month-end, and quarterly closings.

Internal Candidates:

  • Must have a minimum of one year of tenure in their current position.

  • No active disciplinary actions within the last three months prior to and during the recruitment process.

  • Must not be on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
