Vice President, Professional Services

DSCF1656 Edit

Equifax is where you can power your possible. If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds, and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

As the Vice President of Professional Services, you will serve as the executive leader for our enterprise implementation and onboarding organization, driving high-velocity execution and operational excellence across the full client lifecycle. In this role, you will own how Equifax Workforce Solutions (EWS) onboards and implements data-contributing and data-consuming clients, from signed agreement through go-live and ongoing data health, ensuring high-quality, compliant, reliable, and revenue-producing records and integrations.

Operating within a regulated data environment,  you will scale a repeatable, AI-enabled delivery engine that elevates the client experience, shortens time-to-value, and raises first-pass data quality. This is a high-visibility transformation role built for an innovative, impact-driven executive who will set the operating model, build and inspire a high-performing global team, and own accountability for executing against aggressive record growth goals.

What you will do:

Supply-Side Data Onboarding & Contribution

  • Drive End-to-End Contributor Onboarding: Own the onboarding lifecycle for new employer, payroll provider, and HCM platform contributors to The Work Number—from scoping and solution design through data mapping, file/API integration, validation, certification, go-live, and hypercare.
Execute Record Growth Targets: Deliver against annual active data record commitments through rigorous pipeline and capacity forecasting, ensuring live-data milestones are achieved on or ahead of schedule.
Standardize High-Volume Partner Integrations: Automate and productize ingestion patterns for bulk employer contributors and major platform partnerships to ensure they go live predictably and at scale, partnering with Sales to shape operational readiness prior to contract execution.

Demand-Side Enterprise Implementation

  • Lead Verifier & Public Sector Deployments: Oversee enterprise implementations for commercial verifiers (financial services, background screening, fintech), employer services, and public sector (state and federal) agencies across complex, multi-product deployments.
  • Accelerate Client Time-to-Value: Define rigid go-live readiness criteria, establish an execution model that meets strict contractual SLAs, and mandate clear handoff protocols to Customer Success to ensure rapid value realization and long-term adoption.

Governance, Compliance & Data Integrity

  • Build Proactive Quality Architectures: Establish proactive monitoring across data pipelines and build quality directly into the onboarding lifecycle through automated validation rules, reconciliation frameworks, and strict pre-live certification gates.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Mandate that all onboarding workflows adhere to FCRA accuracy obligations, state privacy laws, and Equifax security standards. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Security to trace data issues to their root causes and implement permanent fixes.

Delivery Automation & AI Transformation

  • Productize the Delivery Model: Shift Professional Services from bespoke project delivery to repeatable execution utilizing standard offers, playbooks, stage gates, and reusable integration patterns.
Scale Production-Grade AI: Deploy AI and automation across the implementation lifecycle—leveraging AI-assisted data mapping, automated anomaly detection, and agentic workflows—to maximize speed and quality while establishing strict governance for sensitive consumer data.

Operational Rigor & Team Leadership

  • Run the Global Operating Model: Own the operating plan, budget, capacity model, and real-time executive dashboards across global delivery centers. Serve as the final escalation point for enterprise clients and translate operational friction into systemic process improvements.
Build a High-Performing AI-Era Team: Lead a multi-layered, globally distributed organization of implementation managers, data integration architects, and solution engineers. Cultivate modern talent capabilities in data engineering, automation, and solution design alongside core client delivery skills.

What experience You Need (minimum requirements)

  • Executive Professional Services Leadership: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in professional services, enterprise onboarding, implementation, or technical data operations, including 8+ years managing leaders of leaders in a large, multi-layer global organization.
  • Operational Execution & Scalability: Proven track record of scaling an enterprise delivery organization while simultaneously driving down cycle times, improving first-pass quality, and lowering cost-to-serve.
  • Enterprise Data Integration Expertise: Deep domain knowledge of large-scale data integrations (HCM, HRIS, payroll, or high-volume transactional data feeds), including API and file-based (SFTP) integrations, data mapping, provisioning, and data quality management.
  • Highly Regulated Ecosystems: Substantial background operating in complex, highly regulated data environments (such as Consumer Reporting Agencies, financial services, healthcare, or fintech) with working knowledge of FCRA and state privacy regulations.
  • Production-Grade AI & Automation Track Record: Demonstrated experience deploying operational AI and automation capabilities into a services or technical implementation environment with measurable business outcomes (not just pilots).
  • Business & Financial Acumen: Strong operational discipline, including global capacity planning, resource forecasting, budget management, and KPI-driven execution in a matrixed environment.
  • Matrixed Executive Collaboration: Executive presence with a proven ability to present to and influence C-suite clients, external platform partners, government agencies, and internal Product, Technology, and Sales leadership.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).

What will set you apart:

  • Action-Oriented Resilience and Curiosity
  • Disruptive Thought Leadership: You actively challenge legacy controls when they slow down delivery and push for sharper, automated measures of risk and resilience.
  • Global Team Exposure: Experience operating across distributed international teams.
