What you’ll do
- Monitor ingestion pipelines and dashboard health (e.g., Jovian/DataQA), tracking file, and transfer interface availability to ensure seamless data flow.
- Load, amend, maintain, and delete consumer (Metro2) and commercial data within Equifax databases.
- Identify and triage data quality issues proactively before they impact downstream systems, such as the Data Fabric.
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting for regulatory and non-regulatory data ingestion issues.
What experience you need
- High Scool Diploma
- Call Center / Back Office experience
- 1 year of experience working with databases
- Excel Experience
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace, MS Office (Excel), and web-based research tools/corporate registries.
- Sound judgment to evaluate documentation and reporting, and determine when to escalate complex issues to senior Analysts or management.
What could set you apart
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (minimum B2/C1 equivalent) and Spanish.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional workloads with minimal supervision, adhering strictly to established policies and procedures.
Additional Requirements for Internal Candidates:
- Must have a minimum of one year of tenure in their current position.
- No active disciplinary actions within the last three months prior to and during the recruitment process.
- Must not be on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
