Equifax is where you can power your possible. If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds, and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

The Data Analyst plays a critical role in the EWS Sales Intelligence & Customer Insights team, identifying Finance and Sales user requirements and delivering technology solutions that effectively address those needs. Fulfilling this mission enables our team to generate meaningful business insights, understand customer behavior, and accelerate business growth. You will be responsible for synthesizing complex data across multiple, disparate systems—such as CRM databases (Salesforce), revenue data warehouses, and transactional operational applications—to derive actionable insights regarding sales pipelines, strategic pricing models, and customer behavior. Operating in an Agile environment, you will architect data pipelines, optimize dashboards, and expand our analytical coverage across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs).

What you'll do:

  • Dashboard Solutions & Delivery: Build, design, and enhance 80+ active dashboards serving over 60,000 annual report views. Identify user requirements and build functional mock-ups to conceptualize dashboard designs aligned with technical feasibility.
  • Data Pipeline Architecture: Architect ETL pipelines using SQL, Python, and JSON to engineer robust data sources that drive high-performance dashboards, visualizations, and self-service analytics.
  • Strategic Insights & Modeling: Perform rigorous analyses on large, complex datasets to provide strategic insights, hypotheses, and margin analysis models to support strategic pricing and product launches.
  • Agile Execution & Scrum: Champion Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks to facilitate the iterative development and rapid deployment of high-impact solutions, utilizing Jira to ensure cross-team collaboration.
  • System Expertise & Training: Serve as the team "power user" for all data warehouse and financial systems data. Partner with finance and sales analysts to automate manual workflows and train them on tools to foster self-sufficiency.

What experience you need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related STEM major, or equivalent experience.
  • General Experience: 5–7 years of experience in business, with at least 2–5 years in a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence role.
  • Technical Expertise: 5+ years of expertise in collecting, analyzing, and delivering large, multidimensional datasets using advanced tools (e.g., SQL, Python).
  • Data Visualization: 4+ years of proficiency in self-service data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Agile & Product Management: 4+ years of experience with Agile practices, product development, and work management platforms such as Jira.
  • Cloud Data Platforms: 4+ years of experience working with BigQuery or other cloud-based big data platforms.
  • Language Skills: B2 English proficiency.

What could set you apart:

  • Experience building data pipelines using Composer, Dataproc, or Cloud Dataflow for real-time processing
  • Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or strategic pricing
  • Certification in Tableau or Looker
  • Experience developing AI/ML solutions or advanced statistical models
