What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
As an Intermediate Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of the company's global technology infrastructure and enabling services:
- Operating Systems Administration: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems including Apple OS X/iOS, Windows, and Linux-based systems on clients, handhelds, and server environments.
- Core Infrastructure & Cloud Services: Manage Active Directory, File Services, Exchange, WSUS, Office 365, and Google Workspace platforms.
- Mobile Device Management (MDM): Support mobile devices using technologies such as MS ActiveSync.
- System Maintenance & Security: Regularly deploy security and other pertinent system patches.
- Operational & On-Call Support: Provide periodic 24/7 on-call support for infrastructure, internal applications, and end-users across internal platforms.
- Developer & Project Support: Provide infrastructure support to application development teams and participate in mission-critical technology projects.
- Vendor & Service Management: Establish and maintain healthy vendor support relationships while ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
2. Required Experience & Qualifications
- Role Level: Professional Band / Level P2 (Intermediate).
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience administering Windows, Linux, and Apple OS X/iOS environments.Technical proficiency with enterprise tools (Active Directory, Exchange, WSUS) and cloud collaboration suites (Office 365, Google).Background in MDM implementations and patch management protocols.
- Professional Profile & Skills: Practical application of a theoretical knowledge base typically acquired through formal education or equivalent practical experience.Ability to identify and resolve a range of technical problems in straightforward situations independently.Strong self-organization skills to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and deliver quality results.Ability to make sound operational decisions within established guidelines and policies.

- Risk Mitigation & Security Compliance: Protection of organizational data integrity through timely patch deployment, strict adherence to security policies, and SLA commitment.
- Project Execution: Timely and high-quality delivery of moderately complex technology projects.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Active identification of work improvement opportunities to streamline operational efficiency and foster innovation.
