What you’ll do
- Manage daily billing operations, including updating and maintaining customer profiles.
- Create and distribute customer invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process new customer setups, review contracts, and execute the invoicing cycle.
- Resolve disputes and discrepancies related to customer profiles, billing, and invoicing.
What experience do you need
- High School Diploma.
- Advanced spoken and written English Level (B2 or C1)
- 1–2 years working in an Accounting environment.
- 1–2 years of university coursework (Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred), OR a technical degree in Accounting.
- 1–2 Excel in a fast-paced environment.

- Oracle knowledge.
- Salesforce or CRM experience.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail and proven accuracy.
- Strong Problem-Solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent Organizational and time management abilities.
- Expertise in Billing Processes (full-cycle).
