Equifax is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager in Mortgage & Housing.
What you’ll do
-
Responsible for leading and driving the partnership, across Mortgage & Housing at the customer and across Equifax for the largest, most strategic and most complex accounts

Responsible for leading the innovation, development, and implementation the strategic plan with the customer that drives growth, retention, and proven ROI for the customer

Maintain close strategic partnerships across the customer organization, understanding customer KPI's and success metrics and business operations, market challenges and short-term initiatives

Lead and facilitate sales presentations and proposals to use Equifax solutions in a way that improves customer revenues, return on operations, reduces risk, and lowers expenses

Be seen as the key trusted partner through credibility, reliability, business intimacy and customer centricity

Lead partnership with sales resources - account team - to exceed revenue goals, leading coordination of EFX resources and SSEs to implement the operational plan

Manage existing business agreements and relationships, including the management and oversight of customer onboarding and solution delivery, fulfillment, use, and overall customer satisfaction

Identify, recommend, and implement improvements for using Equifax solutions, based on customers' feedback and through collaboration with internal Equifax partners

Lead the territory strategy and customer account planning

Grow existing business relationships by identifying process and operational improvements to solution delivery, customer use, and solution impact to customers' financial priorities

Conduct, moderate and facilitate product trainings for customers on current or prospective products the customer is using or evaluating

Collaborate on and manage inputs to the Equifax revenue forecasting and pipeline management processes, updating revenue opportunities according to company policy and practice

Lead the coordination of customer data and insight to internal Equifax product and executive teams to ensure improved product development, marketing, and sales Increase customer satisfaction through customer engagement and support
What experience you need

10+ years of related Mortgage & Housing experience, preferably in sales, marketing or relationship management

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience - masters preferred

Strong relationship management and business development/sales skills

Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups in managing customer relationships

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $152,000 to $180,000.00. This position is also eligible for our sales incentive compensation program at approximately 43%
