As a Principal Solutions Consultant for Healthcare Licensing, Verification & Credentialing, and monitoring, you will lead go-to-market planning and execution, pre-sales solution architecture, technical discovery, and strategic integration design for Equifax healthcare data products. You will act as the subject matter expert for background screeners and Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs), helping partners embed automated healthcare credentialing, sanction screening, and continuous license monitoring directly into their screening platforms.
We believe great things happen when teams connect. Our schedule is built around 4 days of high-impact, in-office collaboration (Monday–Thursday), paired with Friday Flexibility to wrap up your week remotely. This position will sit in our St. Louis, MO location.
What you’ll do

Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) planning and execution, aligning cross-functional teams for product launches, enhancements, and strategic revenue growth proposals.

Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert (SME) for the Sales team, designing and executing tailored product demonstrations across Licensing, Credentialing, Verifications, and Monitoring solutions.

Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with health systems and background screening partners to analyze operational workflows, identify pain points, and define solution specifications.

Consult with Product, Technology, and Marketing functions to develop tactics that position the value of Risk Intelligence solutions, specifically those powered by incarceration data.

Translate complex business requirements into technical value propositions, managing technical objections and leading responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security assessments.

Advise management on customer acceptance and market trends, providing recommendations for product enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and channel partner offerings.

Provide ongoing technical and product support to internal teams and external partners to accelerate client onboarding and revenue growth.
What experience you need
-
7+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or Technical Integration Architect in healthcare data, FinTech, or employment screening.

3+ years of specialized experience in healthcare provider credentialing, Primary Source Verification (PSV), sanction checks, or license continuous monitoring.

Strong technical background in RESTful APIs, web services, JSON/XML data formats, and modern SaaS platform architectures.

Proven experience interfacing with Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs), ATS platform providers, or enterprise background screening technology ecosystems.

In-depth expertise in FCRA regulations, NCQA guidelines, The Joint Commission credentialing standards, and federal/state exclusion databases.

Track record of creating efficiencies, process improvements, or automated workflow tools by building or utilizing Google Gemini, NotebookLM, or custom generative AI platforms.

Prior experience working directly within a background screening organization (CRA) or health system credentialing department.
