Synopsis of the role The Data Lead - operations manages end-to-end data operations, credit bureau reporting and data correction management for t lending partners. This role bridges deep financial domain expertise with technical data analysis, ensuring seamless reporting through complex systems, strict process management, and high-quality operational delivery

What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end review, credit data analysis, and timely delivery of reports, actively managing data volumes for internal and external lending stakeholders.
  • Guide and manage team tasks to meet business deliverables, instilling a quality-first approach to maximize customer experience and engagement.
  • Identify and execute automation initiatives within bureau workflows to boost productivity, improve overall efficiency, and drastically reduce turn-around time
  • Serve as the primary point of resolution for complex client escalations, ensuring prompt root-cause analysis and seamless communication
  • Oversee implementation and strict adherence to evolving financial directions, guidelines, and reporting standards
  • Manage end-to-end operational changes and process enhancements to continuously elevate service quality and business delivery

What experience you need

  • You need to work from our Mumbai office
  • You Must be minimum Graduate to apply for this position
  • You must have an experience in working with Top credit institution or a bureau
  • You must have a total of 10+ years, 1-2 years’ experience in managing team

  • Experience in leading Data Correction Team or Data Load Team of any credit bureau
