Data Operations Analyst - Intermediate

Data Analyst Agents (Data Entry Specialist) will process and analyze cases and transactions pertaing to Midigator (Kount) chargeback process support.

What you’ll do

  • Process assigned workload based on Midigator rules and playbook

  • Investigate and analyze transactions history

  • Provide chargeback claims resolutions inline with customer request

  • Align and coordinate process improvements with leadership team


What experience you need 

  • High School Diploma. 

  • Professional Background:  1+ years of experience in data entry, Customer service , back-office operations, or financial services.

  • Communication:  B2 English proficiency (or higher) to effectively document findings and communicate across teams.

  • Proficient in  Microsoft Excel  or  Google Sheets  for data organization and reporting.
