As a techbar technician you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 end user software and hardware support for Costa Rica Share Service Center. Document requests, incidents and user queries, and monitor solution processes. Provide basic training and operational services to end users. Also configuration, operation, and maintenance of End User Technology hardware, OS and software.

What you’ll do:

  • Contribute with Technical Support to walk up customers at a TechBar.
  • Level 2 support of conference room technology (Audio/Visual kits).
  • Deliver new new equipment (laptops, mobiles & accessories) within agreed service levels.
  • Proactively identify and complete projects that add value to the department and/or our customers.
  • Point of contact for 3rd party Technology and Facilities vendor/partners (HP, Dell, Xerox, etc)


What experience is a must to be eligible:

  • Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of experience analyzing, troubleshooting , and resolving hardware/software, Audio/Visual systems issues and site wide incidents. 
  • English Proficiency ( Minimum B2 level written and spoken).


What experience is a plus:

  • Demonstrates the potential to mentor junior team members.
  • Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred.
  • ITIL  certification training.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and other departments.
  • Ability to Identify common technical issues and take appropriate technical actions to solve tasks.
  • Ability to identify and resolve advanced site wide incidents.
