Equifax’s US Information Solutions (USIS) business unit is seeking a strategic Relationship Manager to join our Fintech sales team. The USIS business unit transforms massive consumer and commercial datasets into actionable consumer and commercial risk, identity and fraud, and data-driven marketing insights that create a competitive advantage for our customers and open new opportunities for consumers.
The Relationship Manager is a high-impact, client-facing sales role within our account teams responsible for cultivating C-level relationships within our most strategic clients. You will leverage the value of Equifax data and solutions to develop and execute growth strategies, drive retention, and maximize the value of these critical Fintech partnerships.
What you’ll do
- Strategic Account Leadership: Own the overall partner relationship across all Equifax and customer lines of business. Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive growth, retention, and proven ROI for the customer.
- Relationship & Pipeline Expansion: Build deep trust with C-level executives and key stakeholders. Identify relationship gaps and expand Equifax’s footprint into new departments within the partner’s organization.
- Consultative Selling: Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate how Equifax solutions improve revenue, reduce risk, and lower operational expenses for the customer.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal account teams, CX leads, and product/executive teams to exceed revenue goals, update forecasting pipelines, and share customer insights for product improvement.
- Value Optimization: Oversee customer onboarding, solution delivery, and product training. Continuously analyze customer KPIs and feedback to recommend process and operational improvements.
What experience you need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
- Sales Mastery: 7-10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or other related Enterprise-level consulting role
- Proven Track Record: Proven success exceeding revenue goals and managing strategic client relationships involving numerous solution sets and integration points
- Strategic Expertise: Ability to manage high-level key, strategic accounts within a complex, matrixed corporate environment
- Industry Knowledge: Experience working at or with the financial services, payments, credit, or data industries
- Technical Literacy: Demonstrated ability to sell a suite of customizable, highly technical data solutions and cloud-based products utilizing modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI, etc.
- Executive Presence: Advanced internal and external negotiation skills and the ability to command a room at the C-suite level

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $133,770.00 to $150,000.00. This position is also eligible for our sales incentive compensation program at approximately 43%. The application window is anticipated to close on July 24, 2026.
