Sales Analyst - Intermediate

The Sales Analyst will review data and performance metrics and coordinate with Sales Team to meet program goals and accelerate success.

What you will do

  • Review portfolio statistical performance and behavior trending. Analyze data for sales trends and product analysis. 
  • Implement tracking tools to obtain demographics data and customer buying patterns.
  • Analyze sales territory, do cost and performance analysis of existing customers vs new customer acquisition.
  • Generate reports for forecast and collaborate forecast into weekly-monthly reports. 
  • Provide analysis to support sales operations and help prepare for monthly/quarterly/INTL readouts. 
  • Provide input on segmentation process in support of business planning, including analysis. 
  • Collect, analyze, evaluate and report data in order to increase sales productivity. 
  • Collect sales records and trends and evaluate performance measured against sales quotas. 
  • Analyze sales performance records, interpret results of overall sales. 
  • Generate ad hoc reporting for sales, finance, delivery and product operations.
  • Support activities that include creating presentations for SLT meetings, assisting in the tracking and coordination of data between sales managers, field sales and external departments, tracking of new logos, quota tracking, etc.

What experience you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or Finance).
  • 2+ years of experience querying data with SQL and building reports/dashboards in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
  • Direct experience with business forecasting processes and predictive modeling.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience utilizing Salesforce to track and analyze data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (with an emphasis on complex data manipulation in Sheets and Excel), alongside experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows.
  • Professional working proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
