The Senior Program Manager is a key role responsible for the execution of complex, cross-functional programs that directly advance strategic business initiatives across a major business unit or region. This role requires the ability to apply strategic planning principles, effective execution oversight, operations management, and risk mitigation to ensure successful delivery and measurable business results.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and execute complex, cross-functional programs that drive strategic business initiatives. Responsibilities include defining overall program objectives, budgeting, planning, execution, operations management, and reporting.
  • Drive the execution and strategy of programs that span across multiple functional areas, a large Business Unit (BU), or a major region.
  • Establish and apply program controls and governance, including processes, procedures, reporting, and policies, to manage the overall program structure.
  • Manage program risk by performing thorough analysis, identifying potential issues, and implementing timely resolution remedies.
  • Coordinate and manage resources, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure alignment across multiple interdependent projects within the program.
  • Monitor and communicate program measures of success, status, plans, issues, and risks in a timely and transparent manner to team members, key stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Ensure program deliverables align with the program's desired outcome and directly support established business initiatives and corporate strategies.
  • Apply industry best practices and recommend program updates or changes as needed to ensure sustained program success.

What experience you need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in management consulting and/or program and project management within a complex environment.
  • Demonstrated record of delivering strong, measurable business results.
  • Proven experience engaging directly with VP/Director-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in indirect/influential leadership, influencing others without having direct ownership of resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information to team members at various levels, including business leaders.
  • High comfort and curiosity with AI tools and resources such as Gemini, NotebookLM, etc.
