En tant que commis à la saisie de données, vous serez responsable de vous assurer de la qualité des renseignements et de la fiabilité de la base de données. Responsabilités

  • Maintenir la base de données en y associant des transactions immobilières.

  • Valider les données reçues et au besoin les corriger.

  • Effectuer le traitement des cas particuliers qui ne peut être automatisé.

  • Maintenir les exigences en matière d’entrée de données en suivant les techniques et les procédures du programme de données.

  • Réaliser des tâches de nature similaire.

Compétences requises

  • Avoir une connaissance pratique de Google Suite, Excel.

  • Le titulaire de ce poste assurera un soutien auprès des clients internes et externes hors du Québec, notamment dans toutes les régions du Canada. Il est donc indispensable que les candidats maîtrisent l’anglais (écrit et parlé). Dans la mesure du possible, nous avons limité le nombre de postes nécessitant des compétences en anglais au Québec.

  • Avoir obtenu un diplôme d’études collégiales DEC en techniques juridiques (en cours ou équivalent).

  • Une connaissance du registre foncier du Québec.

Synopsis of the Role

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be entrusted to ensure the quality of the information and the reliability of the database. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team in an established and growing Quebec company. You and the team will be fully remote, visiting the office when required.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain a database by associating real estate transactions

  • Validate the data received and, if necessary, correct it

  • Carry out the processing of special cases which cannot be automated

  • Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures

  • Perform any other tasks of a similar nature

What experience you need

  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel.

  • The incumbent of this position will provide support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec, including across Canada. Therefore, it is required that they be proficient in English (written and spoken). The number of positions requiring English language skills in Quebec has been limited where possible

What could set you apart

  • College Diploma DEC in a legal technique (in progress or equivalent)

  • Knowledge of the Quebec land registry
