The Opportunity:

We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Global D&A Strategy to develop and bring our strategy to life. Reporting directly to the SVP, Global Head of D&A Strategy and Operations, you will not just be planning for the future—you will be building it. You will lead the charge in defining our global AI roadmap, unlocking new market opportunities, and driving strategic execution across our global footprint. Your work matters and will be frequently presented to and used by Equifax’s C-suite and Board of Directors.

In this critical role, you will be working across functions, business units, and geographies to understand key market trends, competitor moves, and customer needs to help define the next chapter of the New Equifax via a clear, compelling, and globally-aligned D&A strategy.

Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for two days of remote work (Monday and Friday) with 3 days onsite (Tuesday thru Thursday) every week.

This role reports to our office Alpharetta, GA and our Midtown (OAC, Atlanta) office may be considered.

This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.

This is a direct-hire role and is not open to C2C or vendors.

What you'll do:

  • Shape the Enterprise D&A Vision:

    • Combine internal and external intel on macro, market, and competitive events and trends (e.g., emerging business models, new capabilities, traditional and non-traditional / emerging players, ongoing M&A activity), distill key insights, and articulate relevant opportunities or threats for EFX

    • Develop, refine, and improve strategy and operating model for Global D&A organization 

    • Create strategy and drive alignment between Global D&A and local BU/GEO strategy 

    • Collaborate with corporate strategy team to inform and align with Equifax’s overall strategy

    • Present vision and strategy to Equifax’s C-suite and Board of Directors

  • Drive high priority strategic projects:

    • Collaborate with BU/country teams across functions to assist in strategic projects (e.g., organic and inorganic expansion opportunities, go-to-market strategy, VOC/ customer needs assessment)

    • Advance Global D&A agenda by working closely with BU/country teams to define strategy and assist in creating mechanisms for execution and tracking (e.g., OKRs, KPIs)

    • Help identify global needs across geographies to guide Global D&A priorities and resources

    • Occasional travel (2–4 times per year) to other countries or Equifax locations in the U.S.

  • Pioneer our Global AI strategy:

    • Develop market, competitor, and customer intelligence to help inform Equifax’s strategy in AI

    • Leverage internal data to understand risks and opportunities in AI capabilities (e.g., market adoption of AI solutions)

    • Serve as a liaison with business units/ countries to understand needs and priorities that could be addressed and accelerated through the deployment of AI solutions

    • Help facilitate development of and drive global adoption for Decision Intelligence framework to identify customer needs, deploy EFX’s Innovation Flywheel against those needs, and accelerate innovation via agentic AI

What experience you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or another quantitative field

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)

  • 10+ years of total work experience

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy roles, of which at least 5+ years are within the strategy practice of top-tier management consulting firms

  • Proven track record of leading strategy projects while working across multiple stakeholder groups and regions

  • Industry experience in financial services, preferably within retail banking

  • Experience balancing multiple priorities, working across regions and functions, and framing challenging problems

  • High proficiency using AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to optimize and accelerate workflows

  • Executive presence and comfort with presenting to senior executives, including the C-suite and Board of Directors

What could set you apart:

  • Experience with consumer and/or business lending, credit, and/or fraud is not required but is a differentiator

  • Experience with data analysis, visualization, and development of insights based on data

  • Experience working in other countries or speaking other languages
