As a Client Services Consultant (P2), you will serve as the strategic anchor of our operations and the primary driver of the project lifecycle. This role sits at the critical intersection of contract compliance and client satisfaction. You will collaborate directly with sales, product managers, and fulfillment teams to handle complex customer inquiries and oversee projects across two platforms. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive support to the internal team, ensuring seamless execution starting from the initial contract review.
The successful candidate will possess a sharp analytical mind and the ability to maintain high standards of precision during high-pressure cycles, fostering collaboration across internal departments to ensure operational integrity and excellence.
What you’ll do

Project & Contract Validation: Lead project and contract administration by conducting reviews and securing approvals for archives, prescreens, and account reviews. Ensure all MarketReveal (MR) and Casper project requirements meet strict compliance standards.

Cross-Functional Support:Act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Fulfillment) regarding pricing, reporting, and research.

Compliance Oversight: Validate required contracts, compliance items, and mail pieces specifically for MarketReveal and Casper projects.

Operational Excellence: Apply contract experience and logic to complex rule sets while managing a flowing workload under pressure.

Quality Assurance: Consistently meet tight deadlines, follow established standards, and maintain high-quality output.
What experience you need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in sales support, project coordination, or client services.

Experience in managing contracts and applying logic to complex rule sets to ensure compliance.

Ability to work well under pressure and manage a high-volume, flowing workload to meet strict project deadlines.

Able Following established standards and maintaining high-quality outputs in data entry and documentation.

Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office suite; English proficiency (B2+).

Strong grammatical, written, and verbal skills with the confidence to present solutions to internal teams.

Flexibility to work overtime and be on-call as required by the business, particularly during critical periods such as project deadlines, month-end, and quarterly closings.
Internal Candidates:

Must have a minimum of one year of tenure in their current position.

No active disciplinary actions within the last three months prior to and during the recruitment process.

Must not be on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
