Data Upload Specialist will process and analyze tickets and transactions pertaining to customers/consumer.
What you’ll do

Drive Account Stewardship: Orchestrate ongoing contractual relationships and oversee the end-to-end operational delivery of services for assigned client portfolios.

Act as Client Ambassador: Serve as the primary liaison for all service-related inquiries, ensuring high-touch day-to-day delivery and maintaining peak client satisfaction levels.

Uphold Operational Excellence: Implement and audit quality assurance programs to safeguard the standards of existing products and services.

Execute Critical Workflows: Manage high-priority client requests, including complex account configurations, bulk data synchronization, and system file loads.
What experience you need

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1+ years of proven experience in data entry, back-office operations, or a similar administrative role.

Language: Advanced English proficiency ( B2 level or higher ), including strong verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
