Equifax is where you can power your possible. If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds, and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

As a Contract to Order Specialist, you will interpret and enter legal agreements into Equifax’s new Global Financial System, directly impacting billing accuracy and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will manage contract implementations, price adjustments, and system data handling within C2O, while collaborating closely with Billing, Sales Operations, and Legal. We are looking for a well-organized, self-motivated multitasker whose precision will drive our financial timelines and boost our Net Promoter Score.

What you’ll do:

  • Review, interpret, and accurately implement complex English-language contract elements—including account hierarchies, effective dates, pricing structures, and promotional offers—into the C2O billing system.

  • Conduct comprehensive audits on various customer contract types entered into the new global billing system to ensure financial accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with legal agreements.

  • Efficiently manage transactional queues within Salesforce and Finance portals, proactively resolving suspended transactions and meeting strict SLA targets for "light touch" accounts.

  • Partner closely with C2O Product Managers, Technology, Implementations, Sales, Billing Operations, and Legal teams to support system upgrades, application testing, and new functionality investigations.

  • Act as the primary liaison for Sales Representatives and Sales Support teams, initiating clear email or phone communications to resolve contract ambiguities and gather necessary clarifications.

  • Analyze transactional trends to recommend system resolutions and process improvements, compiling findings for SFO reporting to be channeled through leadership (Abdel).

  • Support regional expansion efforts (including Montreal, Toronto, and Sabana) and execute special projects, provisioning management, Tableau reporting, and Offline PPC tasks as assigned.

What experience you need

  • 1- 3  years of financial industry experience  specifically focused on Billing, Pricing, procurement, contract handling or Accounting.

  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills  (must be highly proficient with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis).

  • B2  English level  (strong verbal and written communication skills).

What could set you apart:

  • Familiarity with AI ecosystem tools  including Gemini, Studio, and NotebookLM.

  • Bachelor’s degree  in Accounting, finance, economics or related field.

  • Exceptional Communication:  Ability to articulate ideas and information clearly, concisely, and persuasively across both written and verbal formats.

  • Execution & Time Management:  A self-motivated, results-oriented professional with a proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.

  • Problem Solving & Creativity:  A creative thinker who approaches challenges with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

  • Collaboration:  A dependable team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
