The US Information Solutions (USIS) business unit at Equifax is seeking a strategic Account Executive to join our Consumer Partners sales team. In this high-touch, client-facing role, you will be responsible for revenue generation, relationship management, and driving comprehensive Equifax engagement within assigned B2B2C accounts.
As a trusted advisor , you will execute growth strategies and manage profitable expansion within some of Equifax’s largest and most complex partnerships. This position requires a high level of commitment and the ability to orchestrate alignment across both internal and external stakeholders.
An ideal candidate will be a natural, forward, out of the box thinker with a solution oriented mindset, have expert level negotiating skills, an aptitude for technology and the ever evolving AI landscape, a solid grasp of financial industry data, impeccable internal & external communication skills, strong collaboration skills and an ability to optimize and orchestrate internal & external stakeholders all while maintaining meaningful partner relationships.
What you’ll do
- Relationship Management: Foster and maintain executive-level customer relationships, establishing long-term credibility and trust
- Revenue Growth: Actively manage the existing revenue base while identifying and executing opportunities for expansion through strategic upselling and cross-selling of the Equifax solution suite
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Navigate the Equifax matrix seamlessly, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and significant revenue growth
- Strategic Leadership: Lead account strategy, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and a consistent meeting cadence (virtual and in-person)
- Contract Negotiation: Lead complex contract negotiations with precision and confidence, ensuring favorable outcomes in high-stakes environments
- Operational Excellence: Orchestrate internal resources to deliver customized solutions while multitasking across high-priority initiatives
What experience you’ll need
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Sales Mastery: 7-10+ years experience in an Account Executive, Business Development, or other Enterprise-level, quota-carrying sales role
- Strategic Expertise: Ability to manage high-level key, strategic accounts within a complex, matrixed corporate environment
- Proven Track Record: History of exceeding sales targets
- Technical Literacy: Demonstrated ability to sell a suite of customizable, highly technical data solutions and cloud-based products
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of existing and emerging regulatory/compliance requirements and the ability to leverage this knowledge to drive proactive sales
- Executive Presence: Advanced negotiation skills and the ability to command a room at the C-suite level

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $117,100.00 to $165,000.00. This position is also eligible for our sales incentive compensation program at approximately 55%. The application window is anticipated to close on May 22, 2026.
