Synopsis of the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in the Financial Sector. This role is critical, acting as the essential bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, researching, analyzing, and clearly documenting sponsor/stakeholder needs in accordance with project deliverables.

What you’ll do

  • Develop functional specifications that satisfy client requirements (large scale)

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs and deliver insights that guide planning and execution.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and business units.

  • Lead team members and other stakeholders in reviewing and refining requirements. Capture and refine requirements across multi-disciplinary teams

  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

  • Ensure alignment between technology solutions and business strategy.

  • Lead production deployment planning

  • Guide and mentor junior business analysts

  • Serve as lead for system validations, running demos, and managing stakeholder expectations on delivery

  • Serve as SME for ongoing stakeholder support with applications

What experience you need

  • MS degree in Computer Science or related technical field 

  • 7 to 10 years of related experience

  • Diverse technology / program management background

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects end to end, keeping stakeholders updated and engaged throughout

  • Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred

  • Systems Thinking - Provide oversight and guidance for agile planning cadences;  Collaborate with stakeholders to develop the delivery plan (timelines, resources, etc.);  Responsible for workforce planning and capacity planning

This is an existing position.

This role has a base salary range of $90,408 - $118,661 The final salary selected from this range is dependent on the location of the role as well as the experiences & capabilities of the candidate selected.
