The Technology Operations Center (TOC) Operator/ Analyst will be part of a global team providing 24X7-support responsible for the Event and Incident Management of all Equifax customer facing and internal-use applications and infrastructure. The primary goal is to identify possible incidents and mitigate the problem prior to customers being impacted. For the occasion when customers are impacted the goal is to mitigate these impacts as soon as possible through corresponding actions taken by the Operator or the escalation to support teams who can provide that action. This critical role provides the front-line defense against incidents and degradation within our environment. This position requires a partnership with business sponsors, project managers, application support, networking, and system administrators as well as the business owners.
