Synopsis of the role
The IT Functional Consultant is responsible for collaborating with customers and cross functional teams to align customer requirements with Authentication solutions. Understanding business needs, clarifies genuine requirements, and assist implementation team in planning the customer deployment
What you will do

Identify the business needs for new and enhanced products, services, and business processes.

Clarify and document genuine technology requirements, and matches these to the business partner’s available products or services in order to understand and meet stakeholder needs
-
Provide consultancy and advice to business partners on the applicability and usability of alternative technology to help address the business problem/issue
-
Be the single point of contact on the team for new projects and work with Client Delivery team to build client relationships.

Responsible for overseeing the design, development and implementation of short and long-term solutions for new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure.
What experience you need

Lead and moderate discovery workshops with customers to define requirements

Produce detailed requirement documentations & solution specifications

Create user stories for development and QA purposes

Support testing, development and implementation of projects

Assist implementation team in planning customer deployments

Experienced working with customer projects
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Collaborate and coordinate with cross functional teams
-
Experience with providing training, include preparing materials & demos
-
Familiar with Jira and Confluence
-
Familiar with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
-
5+ years of relevant Business Analysis experience
What could set you apart

Previous experience in data analytics, trend analysis, forecasting, predictive modelling

Previous experience in any Equifax proprietary fraud or identity solutions
-
Bilingual (English & French)
-
CFE or other industry training
-
Product knowledge/experience of Equifax’s credit, fraud and authentication products.
This is an existing Position
This role has a base salary range of $90,408 - $118,661 The final salary selected from this range is dependent on the location of the role as well as the experiences & capabilities of the candidate selected.
