From the moment you join, you're not just an intern—you're a full-time member of the Equifax team. The program begins with an intensive, three-month Common Pool Training that covers everything you need to transition from campus to corporate life.

This training is a deep dive into the tech and soft skills essential for a successful career. You’ll get hands-on experience with core software fundamentals, including Java, Microservices, Cloud, and SRE. Beyond the technical side, we focus on developing soft skills, and provide training to help you navigate your new professional environment with confidence.

Throughout this period, you’ll be paired with a mentor and a buddy—experienced professionals who will guide you, answer your questions, and make your transition as smooth as possible.

Gaining Hands-on Experience from Day One

Theory is great, but real-world experience is what truly builds a career. That's why our program provides opportunities to work on live projects from the start, allowing you to apply your new skills and gain hands-on experience across various tech stacks.

In addition to project work, we challenge you to push your boundaries. Within one month of joining, our trainees successfully complete their Cloud GCP certification, a valuable credential that gives you a significant edge in your career.

After the initial training and final assessment, you are onboarded to a specific Business Unit (BU) for further specialized training and an On-the-Job Training (OJT) program. This ensures you get tailored experience that aligns with your professional interests and our business needs.
