Tell us about your career journey at Equifax.

I’ve had the privilege of building my career at Equifax for 15 years. The journey has been transformative both professionally and personally. I started in Argentina, focusing on finance with a background in accounting and controllership. The company’s support in helping me earn my master’s degree was a huge turning point and a major growth opportunity. What kept me at Equifax in those early years was the strong culture. I was part of a close-knit team that was dedicated to high professional standards and clear career paths.

After seven years, my journey took an exciting turn when I had the opportunity to relocate with my family to Atlanta. This move allowed me to pursue my goal of expanding my career in the U.S. My move helped me discover the powerful international culture that Equifax has. I’ve seen firsthand how a strong Latin American leadership team creates a pipeline for global talent. Today, as a leader in international finance, I'm proud to have helped other talented professionals from Latin America relocate to new roles in places like Canada and Australia. It's a powerful example of how Equifax supports its global talent and helps employees achieve their aspirations.
