The Financial Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for identifying Finance team requirements and delivering technology solutions that effectively address those needs. Achieving this objective enables our team to generate meaningful business insights and accelerate growth.
This role requires synthesizing complex data across multiple disparate systems, including CRM platforms, revenue data warehouses, and other internal or external data sources. Because the analyst will manage multiple simultaneous projects, strong project management skills are essential. Additionally, this role involves training Finance users on new solutions and driving maximum adoption of existing technologies.
What you'll do:
- Initiate the advancement of measurement capabilities and tools to better analyze and access data
- Identify Finance user requirements and deliver technology solutions that effectively and efficiently solve key challenges, including:

- Designing and building dashboards and reports scoped by clients and internal teams to summarize vast quantities of data
- Performing rigorous analyses on large, complex datasets to provide strategic insights, hypotheses, and conclusions
- Partnering with finance analysts to automate manual workflows and training them to become self-sufficient with relevant tools and skills
- Document key processes and the architecture of new solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Prepare data-driven content and communicate insights efficiently to internal stakeholders
- Serve as the team expert (e.g., power user) for all data warehouse and financial systems data
- Apply business acumen and past experience to manage large-scale enterprise projects
What experience you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of Business Intelligence experience
- 1–2 years of experience delivering technology solutions to meet business requirements
- 1–2 years of proficiency with self-service data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- 1–2 years of experience collecting, analyzing, and delivering large, multidimensional datasets using advanced analytical tools and methodologies (e.g., SQL, Python)
- 1–2 years of experience with Agile practices and product development
- 2+ years of experience working with customers or stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication skills
- 2+ years of experience working independently with a detail-oriented, execution-focused mindset
- 2+ years of project management experience with a self-motivated approach
- English proficiency at the B2 level or above

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience
- Tableau certifications
- Familiarity with data pipelines using Composer, Dataproc, or real-time processing with Cloud Dataflow
- Experience creating AI/ML solutions
- Familiarity with BigQuery or cloud-based Big Data platforms
- Track record of utilizing LLMs within current workflows to drive efficiency and output quality
