The Third Party Oversight (TPO) Analyst will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the Latin America (LATAM) region, coordinating and supporting third-party governance, oversight, and operational activities. This role involves managing the daily life cycle of regional vendor vetting, supporting global reporting, and driving ServiceNow system enhancements. The Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional global stakeholders to ensure compliance, monitor performance metrics, and execute process transformation initiatives within a highly matrixed environment.
What you’ll do:
Core Operational & Regional Duties
- Execute the day-to-day tasks of Third Party Oversight for the LATAM region, including Initial TPO Reviews, Non-Engagement Questionnaire (NEQ) Final Reviews, and regional Governance Activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the region by actively managing the LATAM TPO Inbox, monitoring TPO help chat spaces, and hosting regular open office hours.
- Process Vendor Onboarding requests, providing dedicated dual coverage for both the Latin America (LATAM) and North America (NAM) regions.
- Drive 30-Day Past Due Governance Activities escalations to ensure timely compliance and clear bottlenecks across the LATAM region.
- Provide continuous assistance and guidance to business unit representatives navigating the third-party life cycle processes.
Reporting, Analytics & System Enhancements
- Generate, prepare, and manage the Monthly Senior Leadership Team (SLT) Governance Escalation Report covering Global and North American scopes.
- Establish program reporting protocols, deliver reporting analytics, and create dashboards to communicate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and program status.
- Lead and support specific user experience initiatives and system enhancements (such as End User Surveys, Dashboards, and operational merges) in collaboration with IT and the ServiceNow (SNow) development team.
- Conduct and own comprehensive system testing for new rollouts and updates.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Process Improvement
- Partner with business unit leaders, IT, and Finance to drive ongoing business process improvements and leverage cross-process synergies.
- Interface directly with internal customers to expedite, resolve, and provide timely updates on operational issues and escalations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure internal resources are properly trained on current TPO processes, policies, and systems.
- Manage workloads effectively through times of ambiguity while prioritizing tasks, risks, and deliverables.
What experience you need:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience).
- Fluent bilingual communication skills (Strong oral and written Spanish and English at B2 level) are required to support the LATAM and NAM regions.
- 2-3 years of experience supporting cross-functional business services, with a strong emphasis on Procurement, Third-Party Risk Management, or Compliance functions.
- Significant hands-on experience (2-3 years) and proficiency in using ServiceNow (SNow) and G Suite for Business.
- Demonstrated experience working in a matrixed global environment, including Shared Services or Outsourced Service Delivery Models.
- 2+ years of proven ability to support process transformation initiatives or deliver enterprise system improvements.
- 2+ years of experience, demonstrating a self-starter mindset with a very strong customer service and results-oriented approach.
- 2+ years of experience demonstrating an exceptional ability to organize, assess, and independently prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
