What skills have you acquired at Equifax that have helped you develop your career?
Celia Byrne: "Joining Equifax right out of college has truly helped me develop the communication skills I need to progress in my career. Learning to communicate thoughtfully and efficiently is a huge part of my day-to-day. It’s an ongoing process, but being able to observe mentors and emulate their strategies has been invaluable."
Victoria Massaro: "I’ve developed a true executive presence by working with mentors, mastered the art of storytelling for presentations, and, most importantly, honed cross-functional teamwork so we can best serve our customers."
Brei King: "In the over 30 years I’ve been at Equifax, the standout skills I’ve built are organization and deep auditory comprehension. Mastering logical frameworks and productive workflows keeps me agile in complex project management. At the same time, intentional, focused listening helps me decode meaning, intent, and complex client needs in every meeting."
How does Equifax empower sales employees to chart their own career paths?
Equifax provides a robust ecosystem of tools and growth opportunities. This includes our internal Sales Career Path resource—an internal tool that outlines the exact skills, experiences, and behaviors required for various roles and levels. Designed to support upskilling and map out clear professional trajectories, it helps employees confidently explore growth opportunities, whether they want to advance in their current track or pivot to a new team.
Bradley Curry: "Career progression here used to rely on one-off conversations and a bit of luck. Today, Equifax has heavily invested in career path tools to help us reach our full potential. Instead of relying on chance, we have the ability to actively research and tailor our own career paths."
Celia Byrne: "Equifax empowers us to visualize where we want to go. The Sales Career Path tool takes away the ambiguity by providing a clear blueprint of what's required to progress. It makes career planning and goal-setting incredibly measurable and attainable."

What do you enjoy most about the sales culture at Equifax?
The Collaborative People: "Without a doubt, the people. Equifax attracts inquisitive, team-oriented individuals who are genuinely committed to sharing their expertise, engaging in mutual learning, and making a positive global impact." — Brei King
The Authentic Community: "The authenticity. Even though Equifax is a massive global powerhouse, it genuinely feels like a tight-knit community. People are actively encouraged to bring their full selves to work. There’s a real 'win together' mentality here that is rare to find." — Camila Machado
A Mission-Driven Purpose: "Our culture is deeply rooted in our purpose of helping people live their financial best. We actively invest in financial literacy by teaching in schools and partnering with clients who do the same. That strong cultural bond is exactly why we have so many 'boomerangs'—professionals who leave the company at some point but ultimately choose to return." — Bradley Curry
Why is Equifax the right place for you?
Victoria Massaro: “We are at the cornerstone of technology and innovation. As the payments landscape continues to evolve, we are uniquely positioned to help our customers adapt rapidly and serve their own customers well. Being at the forefront of that innovation keeps things exciting.”
Camila Machado: “With our data, we are able to give people power over their credit. This is deeply personal to me. As an immigrant living in the US, I understand firsthand how difficult it is to build and navigate credit. Helping people like me live their financial best is more than a job—it’s my mission.”
