How should one approach career development?

Start by asking yourself a few questions:

1. What am I passionate about?  
2. What do I not like to do? 
3. Where do I see myself and what do I see myself doing? 

Ask yourself those questions. Sit with them for a while and then take that and go to a trusted confidant, a trusted advisor, maybe a mentor, and really have more dialog around it. Do some research, maybe pick up a book or listen to a podcast, and then come back and start to map out a plan.

How does Equifax enable you to Live Your Best? 

I am able to bring my authentic self to work every day, on both the good days and the challenging ones. I have built not only strong partnerships with colleagues, but also lasting friendships. Many of these friends have shared in my personal milestones, from welcoming new babies into the family to celebrating buying a house.
