What you will do:
- Level 3 support for mobile devices.
- The ordering and coordination of delivery of mobile devices in the United States
- Advanced understanding and conversational in English
- Working with mobile carriers on maintaining the fleet of mobile devices and plans. This includes termination/suspension of lines as employees are terminated, updating “packages” within the carrier portals, and attending monthly meetings with the carriers.
- Proactively identifying and completing projects that add value to the department and/or our customers.
- Point of contact for 3rd party vendors (Verizon, Ivanti and AT&T)
- Strives to provide a superior customer service experience.
- Interacting with users and various Equifax teams and vendors to resolve issues.
What experience you need to be considered:
- 1-2 years of experience collaborating in help desk positions.
- Experience analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving mobile issues.
