We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive specialist to lead invoice and payment testing initiatives. This role will also serve as a key point of contact for invoicing and payments after each LATAM business goes live in iReceivables.
What you’ll do

The role encompasses the full software testing lifecycle, from requirement analysis and test planning to defect tracking and verification .

Manage the complete testing process for assigned projects.

Responsible for designing and developing test strategies and plans to validate business and technical requirements.

Conduct comprehensive testing, including functional and regression, while developing and maintaining effective regression test plans.

Provide invoice and payment support for LATAM business units.

Review/approval of daily and bill cycle invoice batches, including the pull of requested documents

Ensuring timely and accurate invoice delivery, with follow-up on document issues.

Ensure accurate and complete new customer invoicing setups.

Research and review inquiries from servicing teams; open tickets in a timely manner, if an issue is found.
What experience you need
-
2- 3 years demonstrated experience in billing and/or invoicing processes, with a strong understanding of financial transaction workflows.

2-3 years experience in functional testing.

Graduate or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar discipline, with demonstrated 2-3 years academic progress.
