Synopsis of the role
Responsible for the growth strategy of the Gramin/Coperative Bank Vertical. This role involves aggressive follow ups, conducting trainings/demos with the respective Banks.
What you’ll do
- Travelling PAN India for client meetings. ( Co-op / Grameen Banks )
- Conducting training on different products/processes.
- Explain value proposition of company’s product & services.
- Undertaking market research to determine key decision makers.
- You need to have proper knowledge about RFPs.
- Develop alliances and partnerships and drive channels sales in the assigned region.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline.
What experience you need
- You should have experience of more than 5 years in working with Bureau Industry. ( Co-op / Grameen Banks )
- You should have overall experience of 10+ years in BFSI segment.
- Effective negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing the deals.
- Hands on in writing proposals and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate independent leads.
- Experience of selling to Grameen Banks is preferred.
- You should have Graduate/Post Graduate degree
