What you’ll do
- Payment Processing ( ACH - Wire Transfers & Checks).
- Communicate with all levels of the organization for payment approval and review.
- Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues, ensuring accuracy.
- Resolve tickets related to void, re- issue and payment's cancelation.
- Reconciliation of account statements.
- Provide payment status to internal and external clients.
- Support internal and external audits.
What experience you need
- University career student or Technical / Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
- 2 years experience in AP positions within the Shared Services.
- Portuguese Level B2+
- English Level B2+
- 2 years Excel experience.
What could set you apart
- R12 Oracle Financial experience.
- Previous experience in Payments/Treasury Department.
- Advanced analytical skills.
- Sense of urgency.
