What you’ll do

Support associate is responsible for handling complex customer issues that are beyond the capabilities of Tier 1 staff.

Leverage their knowledge base and technical skills to analyze and resolve intricate problems related to the Order to Cash application.

Service Level Management: Ensure that agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded.

Monitor service performance, identify areas of improvement, and collaborate with internal teams or vendors to enhance service delivery.

Incident and Problem Management: Oversee the resolution of incidents and problems, ensuring that they are addressed within defined timeframes.

Coordinate with support teams, track incident trends, and implement preventive measures to minimize future incidents.

Service Reporting and Metrics: Develop and deliver regular service reports, highlighting key metrics, service performance, and achievements against SLAs.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous service improvement.

Continuous Service Improvement: Identify opportunities for service enhancement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Gather feedback from stakeholders, conduct service reviews, and implement process improvements to optimize service delivery.
What experience you need
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-
2+ years experience working with software design and Java, Python and Javascript programming languages
-
2+ years experience with software build management tools like Maven or Gradle
-
2+ years experience with HTML, CSS and frontend/web development
-
2+ years experience with software testing, performance, and quality engineering techniques and strategies
-
2+ years experience with Cloud technology: GCP, AWS, or Azure

Self-starter that identifies/responds to priority shifts with minimal supervision

UI development (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, Angular and Bootstrap)

Experience with backend technologies such as JAVA/J2EE, SpringBoot, SOA and Microservices

Source code control management systems (e.g. SVN/Git, Github) and build tools like Maven & Gradle.

Agile environments (e.g. Scrum, XP)

Relational databases (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL)

Atlassian tooling (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, and Github)

Developing with modern JDK (v1.7+)
