Equifax is seeking a technical product owner who is a master at bridging the desires of the customer and the capabilities of the technology, removing barriers to software development.
Responsible for the management of ongoing internal customer relationships and the operational delivery of RPA/AI solutions. Serves as the prime point of contact to the client(s) regarding overall pipeline development and delivery. Takes primary responsibility for understanding and translating business needs into technical requirements, ensuring successful implementation that delivers measurable value.
What you’ll do

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes: identify current state, automation opportunities, design of future state and key benefits.

You will serve as the conduit between user needs, technical capabilities, and engineering requirements, developing these into roadmaps and requirements for the Agile backlog of a development team

Document functional and non-functional requirements, capturing user stories, process flows, data mapping, and acceptance criteria

You will lead the backlog refinement of features and user stories and ensure delivery teams are prepared to meet sprint deadlines

Champion data-driven decision making: Collaborate with data & automation engineers to ensure access to high-quality data for model training and validation.

You make tough decisions on trade-offs between features, quality and dates in order to provide the best solution for our clients

You will work with Quality Assurance team member(s) in testing execution by clarifying requirements, reviewing test results and managing defect prioritization to ensure work backlog is always prioritized

You have in-depth knowledge of goals and desired objectives of the initiatives and features

You will drive value as a function of cost, time, functionality and quality

You will work with Architect(s) and Tech Lead(s) to identify non-functional requirements like infrastructure needs

You will coordinate with business customers to conduct product integration testing Key Responsibilities Preparation and Participation in PI Planning Program Backlog
What experience you need
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
-
At least 5 years of experience in a combination of business requirements, backlog, product development and/or software development
-
5 years of experience in Software Solutions implementations (such as RPA, CRM, ERP, Cloud)
-
At least 5 years of experience working with Agile Driven tools such as Jira, Rally, Aha!
-
3 years of experience delivering products using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

3 years of experience in web service technologies, user interface/interaction, and knowledge of Systems Development and Project Management lifecycles
