What you will do:

Our Senior Account Manager  will proactively manage and develop Equifax’s key customers within the Employment Verification business. Essential activities will include retaining the current client base, identifying opportunities to upsell, exploring new revenue streams and client opportunities.

You will effectively communicate client objectives across the business, as well as resolving any escalated issues and maintaining service delivery. In the reverse, you will be responsible for communicating trends to the clients and keeping them abreast of new products and innovation. The role will be expected to achieve or exceed the revenue target through strong management of upsell and cross sell opportunities.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 5 years' B2B account management experience that involves managing large enterprise customers, preferably in the HR, SaaS, or IT industries
  • Experience in the background screening industry would be preferred
  • Excellent consultative selling skills with a successful track record in managing complex sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to articulate complex matters
  • Highly accountable and resilient
