Product Manager Leader - Customer Life Cycle

Equifax is looking for a talented experienced Product Manager Leader to refine and manage the customer product journey at Equifax from start to finish who is a credit risk life cycle expert. 

You will be responsible for defining and evolving the customer journey within Equifax’s USIS Team. The ideal candidate will navigate a complex and matrixed product offering and create coherent journeys and experiences to target customer segments.

You will define what products and offerings are best to engage customers with an eye on how to then grow the business within an established customer, reflecting the additional value driven through Equifax products. The ideal candidate is obsessed with creating long term customers and has a proven track record for creating cohesive experiences that address the full lifecycle of credit needs for business customers.

What you'll Do

  • Evaluate and perform gap analysis on existing customer journeys across multiple segments

  • Propose solutions to address gaps and address new opportunities in the customer product journey

  • Oversee the customer product journey for key customer segments

  • Manage the roadmap for customer product journey enhancements across multiple platforms

  • Work closely with product managers, tech leaders ,data scientists and other leaders to drive and measure customer journey outcomes

What is the experience you need

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience

  • 5+ years of experience with FI Telco, and Auto verticals

  • 10+ years of industry experience supporting credit risk life cycle stages (Pre screen, origination, account management)

What could set you apart

  • Expert knowledge of credit Risk Data industry

  • Relevant product management experience in two or more of the credit lifecycle stages

  • Strong customer segmentation capabilities

  • 5+ Years of CX experience

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Experience managing a product ecosystem
