Are you a passionate trainer with a knack for technical skills and a desire to push the boundaries of learning facilitation? We’re seeking a dynamic and innovative Corporate Trainer to join our Operations team supporting contact center agents. This role is perfect for someone with a strong facilitation background, passion for adult learning, and a desire to make a real impact on employee development. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at our Equifax Atlanta office for a minimum of three days a week.

What you will do:

  • Deliver engaging training programs: Prepare, deliver and facilitate programs for contact center agents and trainers, focusing on technical skills development in areas such as CRM systems and telephony platforms as well as customer service skills.

  • Conduct global observations: Conduct observations of trainers across our global locations, providing constructive feedback and sharing best practices to enhance the overall quality of training delivery. 

  • Manage and analyze training data: Track and analyze LMS reporting data to measure effectiveness of training programs and identity areas for improvement. 

  • Embrace innovation: Experiment with new and creative facilitation techniques to keep learners engaged and motivated, maximizing knowledge retention and skill development. 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with Learning & Development team members, subject matter experts, managers, and operations leadership to ensure training programs align with business needs and employee development goals. 

What experience you need

  • ​Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design or related field preferred

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a corporate trainer, ideally within a contact center or technical environment

  • Proven expertise in delivering engaging technical skill training programs 

  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies 

  • Proficient in data analysis tools

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills 

  • Experience designing training materials using ADDIE or Gagne’s 9 Event of Learning Principles 

  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable

  • Experience in conducting trainer observations and providing feedback 

  • Experience using Workday LMS

  • Knowledge and understanding of Google Suite
