Synopsis of the role – Point of Contact of customers assigned via calls/emails. Should be able to service as well as upsell products and meet the targets
What you’ll do
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
- Scheduling and meeting customers in person as and when required
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
What experience you need
- Work location of this role will be Delhi
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 2 years of upselling experience
- Good Excel/Word knowhow
