Invoicing Software Test Lead.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven specialist to take ownership of invoice and payment testing strategies. This vital role will also position you as the primary point of contact, providing crucial support and expertise to our LATAM business units as they transition to iReceivables.

What you’ll do

• Lead the complete software testing lifecycle for assigned projects, ensuring quality at every stage.

• Strategically design and develop test plans that validate both business and technical specifications.

• Conduct thorough functional and regression testing to guarantee robust software performance.

• Build and maintain effective regression test suites for continuous quality assurance.

• Oversee and approve invoice batches and associated documentation for LATAM business units.

• Ensure timely and accurate invoice delivery while proactively resolving any related issues.

• Manage new customer invoicing setups and efficiently address inquiries from servicing teams, escalating issues as needed.

What experience you need   

• Professional proficiency in English (B2/C1).

• 1-2 years of demonstrable experience in functional testing methodologies.

• 1-2 years Excel proficiency ( 80% passing score).

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field, or actively pursuing such a degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of completed coursework. ​

• Billing/finance/accounting experience with strong understanding of financial processes.

• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics clearly.

• Experienced with Jira for issue and project tracking.

• Knowledgeable in Oracle applications and their features.

• Strong organizational and time management skills for efficient work.

• Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
