Analytics Consulting - Manager

What you will do

• Accountable for leading and developing a team of experienced professionals in the execution of insights analysis in support of BU/COE data roadmap 

• Translates business strategy into department objectives and prioritizes team’s goals

• Accountable for comprehensive metrics programs across BU/COE or geography to optimize utilization of data assets 

• Communicate results of data analysis and monitoring programs to D&A and BU leadership.

• Lead all program efforts including the coordination and management of cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that align with client requirements.

• Demonstrate expert level skills required to gauge program complexities associated with client projects, facilitate internal and external communications, integrate key elements of complex solutions, manage and understand program and/or client business requirements, and implement formal Program Management disciplines.

• Proactively work with D&A IT partners to ensure adequate resources for team

• Represent Equifax as an industry leader regarding data insights and management

What experience you need 

• BS degree in a STEM major or equivalent discipline; Master’s Degree strongly preferred

• 8+ years of experience as a data / insights analyst or related role, with experience demonstrating leadership capabilities 

• Cloud certification strongly preferred

• Familiar with Collibra, Google Suite, Data Fabric, Cloud, and AI technology 

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
