Synopsis of the role
Versatile customer service representative with proven experience delivering service standards to customer by handling customer issues on value added services.
What you’ll do
- Handle customer issues on value added services.
- Analyze and process request from members.
- Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with all.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
- Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues, questions and concerns swiftly.
- Keep up-grading his/her skills as per the requirement and should be ready to shoulder new/additional responsibilities assigned to them.
- Comfortable with a rapidly changing environment.
- Independently identify troubleshoot customer grievance and then escalate complex problems according to defined escalation procedures
- Openness to work flexible hours and 6 days a week (may include weekends and/or holidays)
What experience you need
- Preferred Knowledge about SAS (Statistical Analysis System)
- Minimum qualification - Graduate in any discipline
- 3 to 4 years of work experience of Process Executive
- Excellent communication skills and strong command over the English language.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Willing to work in a shift-based work schedule.
