As our Facilities Management Leader, you and your team will deliver facilities and real estate services to our leaders and staff across our regions’ offices.
What you’ll do
-
You’ll provide a high level of administrative and operational support to Equifax on facilities management and ensure that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards and comply with regulatory requirements, meeting the needs of tenants and stakeholders

Ensure the professional appearance of the offices within the A/NZ Region, including clean and tidy workspaces and well maintained storage areas

You’ll negotiate contracts and liaise with external suppliers in order to deal with any issues or requirements surrounding office supplies, equipment and building maintenance

Manage the Equifax Australia travel process including external suppliers and vendors and answering questions from team members.

Manage & oversee the operation of a professional & efficient reception area. This involves overall responsibility for ensuring that clients and visitors are greeted and ensuring that processes are in place for our sites that do not have a personnel based reception to source on the ground support as issues arise.

Supporting events set up in house.

Provide team oversight to junior resources providing facilities and administrative support and contract resources/vendor resources

Managing the budget
What experience do you need?
-
3+ years experience in a facilities management or office management role
-
Experience people managing a team
-
Experience working with third party suppliers and landlords
-
Experience delivering with a strong customer service ethic to key internal stakeholders in a corporate environment
-
Proactive, enthusiastic and professional with excellent time management skills
-
Ability to work autonomously
-
Ability to be flexible and adapt to rapidly changing situations
