As a Technical Business Analyst on the Operations Strategy Execution team, you will aid in the evaluation of business process transformation opportunities with a focus on efficiency, productivity, stability, and enabling increased growth. This role will be responsible for the execution of the design, development and implementation of short and long-term technology solutions to business needs through new and existing applications, systems architecture, network systems and applications infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

Supports understanding current state of performance through data collection, observations, root cause identification, process mapping, etc. and leverages data to support solutions for improvement.

Modify existing systems or build new system design, document business and functional requirements, evaluate new technology developments, and recommend appropriate solutions to business.

Review technology requirements, business processes and integration connectivity for project success.

Collaborate with the technical team for implementation and drive project completion on time and within budget.

Perform solution testing, system validation and actively address issues with technical and business teams.

Plan production deployment, manage implementation and set priorities when appropriate and escalate issues when necessary.

Assist internal stakeholders with ongoing support on production solutions, while constantly looking for improvements.

Build stakeholder relationships, manage change readiness and steer communication on continuous improvement.
What experience you need
-
3 to 5 years experience in fast paced matrix environment
-
3+ years of experience in a client facing position
-
Understand stakeholder needs and provide regular project updates.

Ability to manage a project end to end and interact cross-functionally with various levels management and peers
-
Agile and Lean experience
-
Expert in requirement analysis and documentation (BRD, FRD, UIRD)

Experience with cloud infrastructure, RPA and Automation
-
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile practices
-
Knowledge of Adobe Workfront, Python, Google Suite, JIRA, and Confluence

Degree in Computer Science or related technical field

Experience with UiPath RPA, Python, Adobe Workfront, Google Gemini and DOC AI
