Equity Administration Analyst

The Equity Administration Analyst is responsible for administering the employee equity plans and grants. Maintains employee equity database, updating information and running required and requested summary and detail reports. Supports material development and reporting for the Equifax Board of Directors' Compensation Committee meetings and Proxy statement. Answers employee questions and resolves problems regarding equity plans and grants.  The Equity Administration Analyst provides critical insight, data and analysis in support of EFX compensation activities. Key to the success of the role will be development of a close, continuous partnership with key stakeholders throughout our HR, Legal, Accounting, Audit and Finance teams to effectively execute against the EFX rewards strategies and reporting requirements. This role will report to the Executive Compensation Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for planning  and execution of EFX annual equity grants, off-cycle awards and equity vestings

  • Addresses employee inquiries on a wide variety of issues related to equity compensation

  • Works with equity administration vendor to effectively administer EFX equity plans

  • Supports stock plan financial reporting activities on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis (SEC, accounting, audit)

  • Supports development of reporting and materials for the Board's Compensation Committee meetings and Proxy statement

  • Maintains database integrity and ensure accuracy of record-keeping of equity data on internal HCM system (Workday) and equity administration vendor

  • Manages of projects activities related to equity administration

  • Works closely with Payroll, HR, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Audit, Global Compensation, and HR Operations partners to coordinate and communicate changes.

Experience You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 3+ years of experience in  corporate equity programs or 5 years in corporate compensation  (not equity programs); or equivalent combination of experience 

  • 2+ years of experience in advanced skills using Microsoft Excel ( Google Sheets preferred) including Pivot Tables & V-Lookups

  • 2+ years of data modeling experience

  • Experience with Equity Administration including managing RSU and stock option grants, performance-based distribution and vesting

  • Experience with SEC filings
