Synopsis of the role:
A Financial Planning & Analysis(FP&A) expert will be in charge of all the business forecasting. They will provide analysis in decision-making in all matters operational, financial, strategic and lead process automation in all the financial and accounting process.
What you’ll do

Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Creates variance analysis reports and financial models.

Leads real-time financial performance monitoring.

Escalates any financial issues along with solution to team and management.

Recommends strategies for optimizing financial performance.

Presents detailed monthly financial reports to managers.

Collaborates with senior members of the accounting and finance teams.

Innovate financial analysis solutions to bring in efficiency.

Follow continuous automation process, to ensure accurate availability of information at all times.

Collaborate with the global team and drive results.
What experience you need
-
A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, accounting, or a related major or equivalent professional experience is required (MBA / CFA / Inter CA),

Must have at least 5 years of

financial planning experience.
